“Lux-K” Synthetic Polymer Based Adhesive
Product type:
Water-soluble synthetic or semi-synthetic polymer based adhesive.
Suggested applications:
- For application of spot labels, as well as overlap or butt application onto PET containers (water, household chemicals, beverages).
- For labelling of glass containers with polymer protective coating.
- For application of excise stamp over the cap of more than 32 mm long as well as for the cases when it is needed to ensure adhesive bond between the excise stamp and the cap.
- For overlap labelling of tin containers (preserves, paints).
Adhesives of this group may be used both for manual application and application on labelling equipment of different types at operation speeds of up to 30000 bottles per hour.
Product properties:
Non-toxic, non-flammable, adhesive bond withstanding external influences.
Causes no oxidation or damage to rubber and metal parts during operation of the equipment.
The adhesive consumption rate depends on the equipment type and condition, operation temperature, label properties and labelling surface.
Note: When used with other kinds of adhesives needs preliminary compatibility check.
It is not recommended to dilute the adhesive with water.
